You’ll begin with a vibrant plate of bitter greens lifted by a cocoa nib vinaigrette, where the sharpness of radicchio and arugula meets the quiet warmth of toasted hazelnut and aged cheddar.

From there, the meal deepens. Spring lamb, carefully seared and finished with a subtle milk chocolate and honey glaze, rests on a bright mint and pea purée, with sweet baby carrots and fresh pea shoots bringing everything back to the field.
